Calibration and Repair Service Request Form (SRF)
Please complete this form and send the tools along with a copy of the confirmation email to address displayed after submitting this form or in the confirmation email. Items received without the relevant paperwork will not be processed and GEDORE cannot accept responsibility for any delays and costs incurred or any abandoned tools.
One SRF is required per PO.
Multiple tools can be put on the same PO/SRF or Individual SRFs and POs will need to be generated for each tool.
