• Cosmos Hub Validator Questionnaire

  • This form is to collect information from all Cosmos Hub validators in preparation for the launch of our first Cosmos Hub consumer chain. Please be as thorough as possible when filling out the form below.

    In addition we would like to make Discord our central point for validator updates, and would request that all validators join our Discord server, if you haven't already. 

    This form is only for Cosmos Hub Validators, please do not fill this form out on behalf of any other chain.

    Please tell us about your team members and on which channels we should contact them. Your data will be used for comms related to the Cosmos Hub and other related infrastructure.

    We use permissioned channels on Cosmos Discord to coordinate validator support as well as deal with critical security issues. While other communication channels are used to amplify content, please note that you must be on Discord during upgrade windows.
