  • The CDDF offers a limited amount of grants for patient advocate representatives who would like to attend onsite. The grants include free registration, complimentary accommodation for 2 nights starting from 5 February 2024 and reimbursement on travel arrangements. If you wish to apply for the grant, please send an email to giorgia@cddf.org

  • NB: Please note that the CDDF has recently implemented a new registration fee model for the CDDF Industry partners, as shown in the table below. The free registrations will be approved on a first-come-first-served basis.

    NB: the only method of payment available is bank transfer

  • Transportation

  • *To ensure a more environmentally responsible event, the CDDF will only organise shared shuttle taxis from Schiphol airport and the Annual Conference venue (no individual taxis). If you select one of the above transportations, we will reach out to you closer to the date to ask your flight/train details, so that you can be assigned to one of the shuttles according to your arrival time.

    **Please note that arrival on 5 February 2024 in the morning is preferred. However, if no travel connection is available, arrival on 4 February 2024 is also possible. The CDDF will organise shuttles to the venue on this date if a sufficient amount of participants have selected this option.
