-Where do y’all set up?: On the 1st of the month we set up outside of For Keeps Books at 171 Auburn Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 otherwise we will be set up at 48 M.L.K. Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 (outside of the Catholic Shrine of Immaculate Conception church).

-Where should I park? The best address to use for parking downtown is 48 M.L.K. Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30303. That should take you to the side of the church that has street parking right around the corner from where we set up. If you are coming on foot/bike/MARTA you can use 160 Central Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 and you won’t miss us.

-Why that location [Downtown]?: While we are not affiliated with the church, we have cultivated a close relationship with many of the folks that live on the steps and around the capitol. We’ve been working with them for the past 4 years so we are locked in and have no plan to leave anytime soon. 

-What should I bring?: You only need to bring yourself but we will never turn away food, snacks, coffee or clothing donations! If you do choose to bring [hot] food we just ask that you have it packaged in a way that can stay relatively warm without electricity. 

-Is there anywhere to use the bathroom?: There are no open public restrooms when we are downtown so we advised folks to use the bathroom before they leave [unless you are comfortable going behind bushes].

-Where can I drop off donations if I can’t make it?: You can drop off donations at Create ATL [900 Murphy Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310] anytime from 7am-8pm any day of the week. It is a co-working space so the doors will be locked but they will have a community manager near the door who will let you in and show you where to drop off donations.
