ULTFARMS- Harmonzing Low-Trophic Aquaculture Sustainability in Offshore Wind Farms

Are you a professional or researcher working in aquaculture or the offshore wind sector? We need your input!
INTRO:

As part of the ULTFARMS project, that investigates the combination of offshore wind farms (OWF) and low-trophic aquaculture (LTA) in a multi-use setting in the North Sea and Baltic Sea, we are designing a catalogue for sustainable practices. While sustainability can cover several dimensions, the catalogue will specifically focus on the environmental sustainability of a LTA-OWF multi-use combination.

For the making of this catalogue, we would like to collect information and experiences on good practices for environmentally friendly offshore LTA in a single-use or in a multi-use setting. To complement our pilots’ experiences and literature review, we would like to gather experiences and recommendations from other practitioners. If you have experience with low-trophic aquaculture.
