VOACON 2025 SUPER EARLY-BIRD BOOKING FORM

Please read the following carefully.

This is the booking form for passes to VOACON 2025 on 21st and 22nd May at the Holywell Park Conference Centre, Loughborough University. The congress is being run for the Veterinary Osteoarthritis Alliance (VOA) by Teamwork Professionals Ltd, publisher of The Veterinary Edge and Pet&Vet.

Please note that all rates are plus VAT, which will be added at checkout.

Your fee includes a two-course buffet lunch each day plus tea, coffee, infusions, cold drinks and biscuits available throughout.

There are two sets of rates:

1. For existing VOA members

2. For non-members

Super Early-Bird (until 31st December 2024):
• Veterinary surgeons
VOA members: two days £345, one day £180
Non-VOA members: two days £395, one day £230

• Veterinary nurses, physiotherapists, etc.
VOA members: two days £220, one day £120
Non-VOA members: two days £270, one day £170

• Students (no early-bird concession): two days £104, one day £52

The rates include a ticket for the dinner on Wednesday night: please indicate if you wish to attend this – first-come, first-served.

The official VOACON hotel is The Link (a short drive or easy walk from the conference centre). Rooms are available for delegates at £99 per night (bed and breakfast). Let us know by ticking the box below if you wish to take advantage of this and we will reserve a room for you. There are several other options locally.

Once we have your booking, you will receive a receipt. If you wish to make a booking but need an invoice sent rather than paying now, you can check out with the code INVOICEME – we will then contact you for that information.

If you buy multiple passes, we will contact you for the details of additional delegates. As the main point of contact for your booking, please ensure you forward our emails to your colleagues. If you change your email address, please notify us so we can update our records.

We will email you a programme and any important updates to it; further information on attending will be sent around two weeks before the event.
