The tournament is 9 double rounds of 3 minutes each plus 2 seconds a move added time (=18 games), 2.00pm to 6pm and is FIDE and ECF rated.

Please make sure you have a FIDE ID code from your national federation before playing if you are not ENG.  No ECF membership requirement.

- As the parent of an under-15 player, I will remain in the building throughout the event and take the player home afterwards

- I will not take or publish photos of any under-15 person at the event without getting prior written permission from his or her parent
