Cohort Leaders: Meet Industry Stakeholders

Cohort Innovation Day is an international event aiming at fostering collaborations between researchers and industry players in the healthcare sector. This meeting is an unique opportunity to showcase the potential of french cohorts to international and national health companies, from industries to biotechs.

For its 2025 edition, the CID will take place on the 5th of November, at the Imagine Institute in Paris, organized by Ariis (Alliance for Research and Innovation of the Health Industries), Medicen, and Inserm.

The CID-2025 will focus on three key components:

• Plenary sessions and roundtables
• Participating Cohort presentations
• Dedicated business meetings with participating cohorts

The CID presents a distinctive opportunity for holders and/or scientific managers of cohorts to connect with economical stakeholders, highlight their cohort, and explore new collaborations or expand existing ones.

Participating cohorts will be selected through this call for expressions of interest and selected by a scientific committee consisting of experts from both academic and private research sectors[1]. Selected cohorts will have the chance to meet with health company representatives during business meetings and, for some, to present during plenary sessions.

Cohort leaders willing to participate in the CID are encouraged to submit their applications.

Special consideration will be given to cohorts positioned in at least one of the four following key therapeutic areas:

• Immune and inflammatory diseases
• Metabolic and cardiovascular diseases
• Neurodegenerative diseases
• Thromboembolic diseases

However, cohorts of exceptional quality from other areas may also be selected.
