Now, coming back to your question, Upon checking on your form, the background color from For Builder and the preview already matched. If you are still trying to change the background color of your form, you can achieve this by inserting the following CSS code into your form's Custom CSS:

.form-section.page-section {

  background :#FF0000;

}

Now, let me show you how to insert the CSS code:

1. In Form Builder, select the Paint Roller icon in the upper-right corner.
2. In the Form Designer panel on the right, go to Styles at the top.
3. Scroll down to Inject Custom CSS and enter the CSS code. 

You can just change the hex code for the color depending on your preference.
