J'ai perdu des données

Bonsoir

Je reviens vers vous parce que j’ai perdu des données : dates et lieu de naissance des personnes inscrites. Je n’arrive pas à retrouver des enregistrements antérieurs.

Pouvez-vous me restituer la version du 26/12/2024 ?

Now, coming back to your question, I see you have multiple forms. Can you provide us with the form URL in question? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

Hi Marie-Hélène,

As I understand, you removed the related fields from your form on the December 27, 2024. As a consequence, the form Tables doesn't display anymore the related columns. So, you need to restore a previous version of your form to make the Table displaying the related data. Let me show you how to do it: 

1. At first, download your actual submissions from the form Tables to make a backup.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Green circle arrow below the form title.
3. In the right panel for Historique des révisions, select the last form version before the December 26, 2024, and click on Revenir en arrière.

Then, you'll be able to find in the form Tables the entry and its data as they were at the submission date. You might also want to check out this guide about Comment afficher l’historique des révisions du formulaire.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
