Bonjour,
N'utilisant plus Jotform depuis plusieurs mois, nous souhaiterions arrêter la facturation.
Si nous fermons ce compte, est-ce que nous perdrons les données associées (formulaires et réponses) ? Si nous souhaitons un jour ré-ouvrir ce compte, retrouverons-nous les données initiales ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, your forms and data will remain in your account, but you'll be subjected to Starter (free) plan limit. You can view the limitation between plans through our Pricing page.
One of the limitation is Submission Storage, which is the amount of response you can collect in your account. In Starter (free) plan, you can have up to 500 response in your Submission Storage, while presently, you have about 2500+. So, we suggest downloading your submissions before downgrading.
As for downgrading your account, sure, you can Cancel Your Subscription, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
