Hi Day_One,
When I've checked your form, there is no current integration added on it. Check out my screenshot below:
When I clicked on Google Sheets, it appears that Google Integration is disabled. Check out my screenshot below:
You have to re-authenticate your Google Sheets account for it to be reintegrated. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Integrations from the left side window.
- Click on Google Sheets.
- Click on Re-Authenticate at the bottom of the page and add back your Google Sheets account.
