Bonjour,
J'ai pris contact avec vous pour savoir comment pouvoir faire des enquêtes de satisfaction sans connexion internet. Vous m'aviez répondu de mettre le mode Kiosk mais je ne trouve le menu permettant de réaliser cette manipulation. Pouvez-vous me donner "le chemin" d'accès à cette fonction s'il vous plait?

Now, coming back to your question, Kiosk mode is a new feature in our reinvented mobile app. It can be used on a smartphone or tablet, whether online or offline, and is available for both iOS and Android. Let me show you how:
- In My Forms Page, tap on the form you’d like to display on the Kiosk.
- Tap Kiosk Mode from the list of options.
- Now, set your desired Kiosk Settings.
- Finally, click on Launch Kiosk at the bottom of the page, and you’re done.

No, the functionalities are all the same whatever the account; paid or free. Can you send us a screencast showing what's happening when you're following the steps provided by my colleague above? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
