Bonjour,
Je me permets de vous écrire car j'ai rencontré un souci avec la modification du message de remerciement. J'ai ajusté le texte en fonction des deux réponses, comme cela est indiqué ci-dessous. Cependant, je suis toujours redirigé vers ma page de remerciements de base, au lieu de celle que j'ai spécifiée dans la règle.
Pourriez-vous, s'il vous plaît, examiner ce qui ne fonctionne pas et m'indiquer ce que je devrais corriger ou modifier pour que la redirection fonctionne correctement ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:
As you can see, after I've submitted the cloned form, I was able to trigger the custom Thank You Page condition. I've cleared your form caches because, most of the time, it fixes the issue. You can clear the browser's cache and cookies. After that, log out of your account, close your browser, and log in to your Jotform account again to check if the issue still persists. You can also try to use Incognito mode, use other browsers or devices, and try to restart your device to clear any temporary issues. If the same thing happens, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
