Comment cloner votre application depuis Jotform

Bonjour,

Je souhaiterais dupliquer des applications crées sur votre plateforme mais je ne trouve pas comment faire.

Pouvez-vous me dire si cela est possible et si oui comment svp ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to duplicate your app. You can clone your own app from your account from My Apps page. ​​Let me help you do it:

1. In the My Apps page, click on More for the app you want to clone.
2. Now select Clone from the options.
3. Add your App Name and click on Clone App.

Thanks a lot but I have a problem.

All my applications are grouped in the Marketing team. But when I go to the "marketing" tab to access my apps, in this case I no longer have the "cloning" function.

Could you help me please ?

Hi Véronique,

The My Teams feature in Jotform is dedicated for Enterprise account users, that is, if you are going to add more members in it other than yourself. That is why the clone function is not available to it. So in order for you to clone an app, you need to access it from the All Apps section of your Jotform account, and continue with the steps shared by my colleague, Haseeb, on how to do so.
