Ne pas recevoir d'e-mails de notification

    bonjour,

    depuis quelques jours je ne reçois plus les notifications par email (réceptionné lors de chaque utilisation d'un formulaire). je n'ai rien changé sur le paramétrage. que se passe t'il ?

    Now, coming back to your question, for us to investigate the email issue, can you share the URL of the form in question? Let me show you how to copy your form URL:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Copy Link button.

    I can try in English :)

    There is at least 2 forms : https://form.jotform.com/243534113942048 and https://form.jotform.com/212761577555060. Both of them have been used in the last 3 days with no email.

    Hi MKGCICSO,

    Thanks for sharing the form URLs. I see that the notification email recipient for both forms is the email address cicsowebinaire@cic.fr. I checked our Bounce List and I found out that the email is added to it. This is why the notification emails are not sent. So, I removed the email from the Bounce List, can you test the forms again to ensure that the emails are working?

    Did I do anything to get this address on the Bounce List? Or is the problem solely on your end? Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again?

    Hi MKGCICSO,

    An email address is usually added to our Bounce List when your email service provider rejects the messages. Our servers will try several times to deliver the emails for a given time frame. If the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as old, rejected, or similar, and it will store your recipient’s email address in our Bounce List. You can review our guide on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.

    Is there any way for me to check if an email I'm using is on the bounce list other than going into settings, because I can't check for other emails there?

    Hi MKGCICSO,

    Unfortunately, you can only check the email address associated with the account to see if it's on the bounce list. If you need to check other email addresses, you can either list them here or create a forum thread on the Contact Us page with the email addresses you want checked, and we’ll look into them for you.
