Bonjour,
1°) Avez vous un service de tchat ?
2°) Dans votre tarif OR. Vous indiquez jusqu'à 100 formulaires différents, jusqu'à 1 000 000 de vues / mois. Je ne comprend pas. Si par exemple je veux faire un formulaire de 15 questions sur une population représentative de 10 000 personnes. Combien cela me coute ?Merci d'avance

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, yes, we have live chat support. You can find the Live Chat button in the bottom right corner of any Jotform page. Although we offer Live Chat Support, there are a limited number of agents available in each time zone. So, sometimes it gets disabled, and you won't see it on our pages. When it is available, you'll see a pop-up if you're logged into your account on most pages, like Form Builder, Jotform Tables, Jotform Inbox, etc. as shown in the lower-right corner of the image below:
