About your question, it would not be possible to know if the email recipient read the email sent using the platform. A workaround would be asking your recipients to respond to the email received so that you will know if they read the email or not. You can also monitor if the email was successfully sent to the recipient by simply clicking this guide.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers.
