Now, coming back to your question, If I understood what you’re asking, you were trying to refund the payment made by the customer via card field on your form? If so, Unfortunately, you are not able to issue refunds from your Jotform account. The refund option will only be available from your payment vendor account, that you integrated as a payment gateway in your form.
