We have a problem with the ‘SEND’ button on our form. Users are trying to send their form but the ‘send’ button is not working. We can't find the ‘SEND’ element in ‘widgets’ either.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I noticed that your form uses the Card Form layout. with this format, your submit button is integrated with the last page of your card form. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like at the bottom of the form in your Form Builder:
