Bonjour
J'ai crée un questionnaire à destination de nos membres de l'association et malheureusement lorsqu'ils répondent je vois uniquement l'adresse IP de soumission et non l'adresse email comment puis-je faire pour la voir?

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood you correctly, you want to see the email ID of the person who submitted the form, if this is the case, you'll have to add the Email field on your form and set it as required. Currently, your form doesn't have any Email field on it. It is really easy to add an Email field on your form, let me show you how:
1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Email field.
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
4. Select the Email field and click on the Gear icon.
5. Under General tab, toggle to set the field Required.
