bonjour ,
Je ne souhaite pas donner accès à tous mes fichiers drive et fichier google sheet en partageant mon compte google.
Je veux uniquement partager un fichier google sheet à mes clients.
Comment m'assurer que Jotform n'ait pas accès à mon compte ?
merci

Hi lolu89,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
You can rest assured that Jotform won't try to reach your Google account and use your files without your permission even when you're signed in with your Google account. If you're talking about the Google Sheets Integration, that only uses the spreadsheets that you've selected in the Integration settings. Let me show you how to use the Google Sheets Integration:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Google Sheets integration.
- Now, select Use an Existing Spreadsheet and click on Next.
- Then, click on Authenticate and connect your Google account.
- Once you connect your Google account, click on Add Action.
- In the Select a Spreadsheet section, click on Select, and
- Select your Google Spreadsheet in the window that opens and click on Select.
- Scroll down, make sure the Send Existing Submissions to the Sheet option is selected, and click on the Save button at the bottom right of the settings. That’s it.
