Bonjour,
J'ai réalisé un questionnaire en ligne, pour lequel j'ai copié le lien et le QR Code. Si je vois en cours de route que le nombre de participants dépassent les 100, puis-je vous prendre un abonnement payant sans changer le lien et code QR ?

As for your question, you can upgrade or downgrade your Jotform account based on your usage needs. Any plan changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. If you're unsure about your usage history, you can upgrade to a higher plan and opt for a monthly subscription, allowing you to adjust your plan as needed each month based on your usage trends.
Changing your plan will not affect your form link or QR code. The primary change will be to your account limits, such as submission quotas or storage space.
