Thanks for using Jotform. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

When the form data sent to Webhooks is always in multipart/form-data, and currently we are not able to change its format. As a workaround, you can create an API Key to send an API request, and your form data will be in JSON format. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms page, in the upper right side of the page, click on your Avatar/Profile picture and in the menu that opens, click on Settings.

2. Now, from the menu on the left side of the page, select the API tab and then, click on Create New Key.

That's it. You can change your API key's permission under Permissions if needed.
