L'espace de téléchargement n'a pas été réinitialisé après la suppression de la soumission

    Bonjour,

    Depuis hier nous sommes à la limite de notre espace de stockage. J'ai supprimer des formulaire mais aucune place ne s'est libéré. Il est marqué qu'ils seront supprimé dans 30 jours. Il ne sont pas dans la corbeille ce qui ne me permet pas de libéré de l'espace.

    Merci de m'apporter une solution.

    Now, coming back to your question, it appears that you have already upgraded to the Bronze plan. I recalculated your upload space usage and it now shows 801.48 MB from 1001 MB. If your usage did not change after purging your form submissions, feel free to reach out to us so we can manually recalculate the usage on our end.

    The upload space usage may not update instantly because the system relies on caching mechanisms and background processing. When files are uploaded or deleted, the changes may not reflect immediately due to several factors, such as temporary data storage, delayed server synchronization, or browser cache. We may periodically refresh usage statistics instead of doing so in real time to optimize performance. As a result, users might notice a delay before the updated storage usage appears. Refreshing the page, clearing the browser cache, or logging out and back in can sometimes force an update.

    If this happens again, you can go ahead and clear your form's cache on your end. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
