Our French  Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, it might take a while until they're available again. You can easily add your logo to your form in a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on +Add your Logo below the Settings.
2. On the Logo Properties, click on Upload File.
3. Once your file folder opens, select the file you wanted to set as the logo then click open.
