    Bonjour, 

    Mon système m'indique que je n'ai pas d'espace de stockage et j'ai déjà effectué le nettoyage des données. Est-il possible de valider s'il y a un problème ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your question or concern, I checked your account and saw that you have 674.46 MB out of 100.00 MB Total Upload Space limit. I've recalculated the Total Upload Space on your account, and it's now at 663.28 MB out of 100.00 MB, so you still exceeded the Total Upload Space limit on your account. You can download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file and then delete the submissions that you no longer need. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
    2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button. 
    3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.

After you've deleted the submissions that you no longer need, make sure to delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

    Hello, 

    The record deletion tasks have already been performed in the system. I can't find any table at the moment. Is there anything else that could be done. The only thing that are created are the forms but they have no associated records.

    I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    I've manually recalculated your Upload Space limits, and it is now 0.00MB/100MB. You should be able to access your forms now.
