Can you share a screenshot of the error you saw on your end with us? This guide will show you how to do that. Can you also tell us which part of the app that gave the error? If you could share the steps to reproduce it with us, that would be helpful.

I was unable to replicate the issue when I cloned your app. As seen in the screencast below, the Store Properties menu on the left side of the App Builder is accessible, and doesn't return any errors:

Can you try and clear your browser caches, use another browser, use another device, or connect your device to another network if possible, and see whether that resolves the issue?
