Les titres des questions ne sont pas mises à jour dans les emails

bonjour,

notre formulaire https://eu.jotform.com/tables/222273636858364 comporte un dysfonctionnement. Nous avons changé le titre de deux zones de texte "Le système vocalique" et "la prononciation du français", mais lorsqu'on soumet une inscription le mail récapitulatif Jotform garde l'ancien intitulé "Enseigner les...".

Pourriez-vous nous aider au plus vite svp ?

Nous avons déjà beaucoup d'inscriptions.

Now, coming back to your question, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I went ahead and cleared your form cache to remove any piled up data that might be causing this. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

hello, unfortunately our problem persists. On two training titles “The vowel system and pronunciation of French”, if I choose these courses, Jotform sends me back a summary with the old titles. Could you please try and tell me why the titles for these two courses don't update?

While cloning your form, I got the same result as yours. But, as you can see on your side, the content of the emails has not been updated when you changed the fields titles. The solution is to delete the actual emails and the to create a new notification email and autoresponder. A faster way would be to copy the fields titles to the related content of both the nnotification email and the autoresponder, as shown below:

And once done, don't forget to click on Enregistrer to save your edits:

As a result, we get:
