1 ) Lors du mapping de ma table Airtable, certains champs Airtable ne sont pas visibles (notamment des long text).
2) Lors du mapping de ma table Airtable, certains champs Jotform ne sont pas visible non plus.

Comment résoudre ce problème.

Merci de nous avoir contactés. Oui, certains champs ne sont pas pris en charge avec l'intégration Airtable, c'est pourquoi ils ne sont pas affichés. Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît énumérer ce qu'ils sont?

Veuillez désactiver la mise en forme de texte enrichi (Rich Text formating) dans le champ de texte long de l'Airtable, et vous pourrez mapper le champ avec le champ de texte long Jotform.

En effet, si je désactive la mise en forme de texte enrichi, cela fonctionne bien avec les texte long.
Par contre, j'ai toujours un problème sur le formulaire Jetform, le libellé du texte long :
"A votre avis, de façon générale, pourquoi une période d’essai n’est pas validée  ?"
apparait en grisé lors du mapping et je ne peux donc pas le sélectionner.
une idée ?

Je vois 4 champs de texte long sur votre formulaire: https://www.jotform.com/form/231612406711041. Vous pouvez donc mapper les 3 autres champs de texte long mais vous rencontrez des difficultés uniquement avec ce champ de texte long "A votre avis, de façon générale, pourquoi une période d’essai n’est pas validée  ?"? Si vous pouvez prendre une capture d'écran de ce qui se passe, cela nous aidera à mieux comprendre ce qui se passe. Le champ Jotform de texte long ""A votre avis, de façon générale, pourquoi une période d’essai n’est pas validée ?" n'est pas sélectionnable dans le mapping, il apparait en grisé.

Désolé, j'ai compris l'erreur, c'est un texte court dans Airtable et pas un texte long. Désolé pour le dérangement.

J'ai une autre question, j'ai un champ "Rating" dans Airtable et il n'apparait pas dans le mapping ?

Upon checking on your form, it shows that the form has been properly mapped in the Airable integration. Take a look at the screenshot:

Does the data pass through the Airtable from your form? If not, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

Yes, but I understand that Airtable requires a number field, not a Rating field.

Thanks for getting back to us. It shows that the Airtable Rating field does not accept the Star Rating of the form, however, the Airtable Number field accepts the number counterpart of the Star Rating field instead of the star icon.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
