Getting the Embed Code

To get your form’s embed code

1. In the Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
2. Select Platforms on the left.

3. Search and select GoDaddy.

4. Copy the provided embed code.

Embedding Your Form Into GoDaddy

To add your form to your GoDaddy site

1. In GoDaddy Website Builder, go to Website in the upper-right corner.
2. Add a new section to your desired page.

3. Search and select HTML.

4. Paste your form’s embed code under Custom Code, then select Done at the top.

Once published, visitors can start using your form on your GoDaddy webpage.
