I found whatsapp button widget. For template message that send to whatsapp number, can I make a template that automatically sync with the form?
Ex for template message:
I have submited maintainance request for [machine that broke] in [location room]. And my maintanance request ID is [XXXX]
text in brackets can automatically change based on their submission

Hi Nur,
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to prepopulate the field in WhatsApp widget for the template message. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
As a workaround, you can add a hidden Form Calculation widget and create a URL parameter for the WhatsApp template message to automatically populate fields and add its link to the Thank You Page. Let me show you how to do it with my demo form:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, enter Form Calculation in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.
3. Click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Form Calculation widget to open Widget Settings.
4. Enter the URL parameter followed by your WhatsApp phone number and text message, then click on Add Fields to add fields from your form. You can follow the screencast below:
Here's the URL parameter format looks like:
https:/wa.me/[yourwhatsappmobilenumber]?text=[enteryourtextmessage][formfield]
5. Click on Gear icon on the right side of the widget and click on the Advanced tab.
6. Next, click on Field Details and copy the Unique Name.
7. Now, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
8. Click on Thank You Page on the left side of the screen.
9. Enter and highlight a text in the Thank You Page field, and then click on the Chain icon in the top navigation bar.
10. Then enter the unique name under the URL text box with open and close curly braces and click on the OK button.
Here's the sample result:
