Approval Step Tertulis "Completed"

Mengapa statusnya "completed" meskipun belum ada orang yang melakukan approve? Mohon bantuannya untuk diperbaiki juga.

Now, coming back to your question, if the submission doesn’t meet the conditions set in the conditional branch element of your workflow, it will be marked as completed and will not trigger the Approval Flow. Could you check if Reformulation was selected as the Purpose? If it was, you’ll need to add a condition for this specific answer. Otherwise, the submission will be automatically marked as completed.
