Buongiorno non mi arrivano le email sulla mail associata al mio account, ho anche provato a cambiarla ma lo stesso problema non mi arriva la mail come posso fare?

Now, coming back to your question, can you provide the email address wherein you are not receiving the emails?

Hi Valentina,
I checked the email address, and it's not on the bounce list, so you should receive the emails. Please check your Spam or Trash folder. Also, can you check your account email history and see if the emails are getting sent? Let me show you how:
- On My Forms page, click your avatar on the top right.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to History on the left menu.
This should show you if the emails are getting sent. You can also follow this guide on How to View Your Form Email Logs.
