Impossibile modificare i moduli tramite l'app Jotform

    Salve,

    purtroppo riscontro problemi nel creare un nuovo modulo tramite APP JOTFORM.

    Premetto che utilizzo un tablet Huawei Mediapad M6 (EMUI 11.0, ANDROID 10)

    Lo stesso problema si riscontra se voglio modificare j modulo esistente

    Nello specifico, si apre una pagina bianca senza possibilità di altri comandi.

    Appare solo per un attivo quanto rappresentato in foto.

    Attendo un riscontro.

    Aggiungo che non è possibile fare nessun tipo di selezione delle cookies.

    Now, coming back to your question, Can you try to accept the cookies and reload the site? This should display all the content and allow you to continue editing your form. Aside from this, you can also reinstall the app to ensure that you are using the latest version. It would also help if you clear the cache of the application. You can check this guide from Huawei to learn how to do it.

    Below is the feedback to what is recommended.

    Can you try to accept the cookies and reload the site ?

    The problem I am reporting occurs using the App. Unfortunately, when activating the interface for creating a new form or editing an existing one, it fails to accept the cookies (really blink). The screen sent previously appears in a moment and immediately goes away; in any case while being able to click it does not work.


    Aside from this, you can also reinstall the app to ensure that you are using the latest version. It would also help if you clear the cache of the application.

    I have cleared the caches of all the browsers I use and have already tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling the app three times. No changes.

    Is there anything else I can do ?

    I could try to install an old version ?

    Hi Stefano,

    Can you tell us the Jotform app version you're using? Also, is it happening with all the forms or a specific form when you want to modify? Can you record a video using Loom and share it with us?

    However, I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

    No changes.

    Using the App, how can I get to the section where to authorize cookies ?

    Unfortunately I cannot validly click the screen that appears on the fly when I try to create or edit an existing form (happens with any form I have already created)

    I tried with other Android devices but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Before we escalate this to our team, can you try using another device so we can check if the issue is isolated to the device or version of the Operating system that your device is using?

    I have tried with two other different devices similar to mine, but it works correctly.

    First device, Huawei Mediapad M6 with Harmony OS.

    Second device, Huawei Mediapad M5 with Android 9.

    Maybe I have to access cooking settings in a different manner.

    Since the app is working on another device, this means that this is an isolated issue on the Huawei Mediapad M6 (EMUI 11.0, Android 10) that you have. You can try some basic troubleshooting related to the app version, OS version, app cache, or even security settings and app permissions on the device to identify the cause of the issue.
