Problema durante lo spostamento del modulo in altre cartelle

Buonasera,

scusate il disturbo, ma non riesco a spostare i 3 moduli Otto per mille 2024 nella relativa cartellina creata, o meglio, li ho inseriti in quella cartella ma duplicandoli perché continuo a ritrovarmeli anche nella generica cartellina Otto per mille, dove invece vorrei solo i 3 moduli del 2025.

Ho provato a cancellarli dalla cartellina generica ma li cancella anche in quella 2024 e viceversa.

Now, coming back to your question, All Forms folder will always show all the forms in it, including the forms in other folders. You can also check this guide here on How to add your form into folders.

If this is not what you're referring to, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

no, il problema non è la cartella Tutti i moduli, ma spostare i moduli dell'anno scorso, quindi Otto per mille 2024, nella cartella creata anni fa e che si chiama Otto per mille, creando la sottocartella Otto per mille 2024 al suo interno. Gli altri anni ci sono riuscita, ma a distanza di tanto tempo non ricordo più come si fa. Per ora sono riuscita a duplicare i moduli e a inserirli nella sottocartella, ma avrei bisogno che venissero spostati e quindi di non ritrovarmeli più insieme ai modelli dell'Otto per mille 2025. Provo a mandare la schermata più che il video.

When moving the forms from one folder to another, you can choose to show them only in the destination folder or even in the source folder. In my example, I have all the forms in the folder 'TEST', the forms for the folder 2024 and for the folder 2025.

Selecting the forms to move to another folder, I can tick the box for multiple folders.

In this case, the forms 2025 will be available in the folder 'TEST' and also in the folder '2025'.

When moving the forms 2024 I ticked only the folder '2024'.

These forms are available only in the '2024' folder, not in the 'TEST' folder.

You can click on the button 'Add to Folder' after selecting the forms to choose where they can be visible.
