Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Ho controllato il suo account e ho notato che ha un piano Argento annuale che si rinnoverà automaticamente il giorno 14 Novembre 2024. Pertanto non è necessario che faccia alcuna azione per rinnovare.

Restiamo a sua disposizione per ulteriori chiarimenti.

purtroppo non ho visto la sua risposta ed ho rinnovato il piano per un mese.

Adesso lo posso rinnovare annualmente? la scadenza annuale si spostera a dicembre 2024?

Now, coming back to your question, what you can do now is to switch your subscription from monthly to yearly. Unused time in your monthly subscription will be applied to your yearly subscription. It's the same process when you subscribed to monthly subscription, but this time, select the yearly subscription. You're not able to select the yearly subscription before, since that's your current subscription. Note that subscription automatically renews, there's no need for you to renew it manually.
