Salve ho creato un app nel mio account collegata con i 5 moduli da me creati.
Purtroppo quando cerco di sostituirli o ad inserire uno nuovo il sistema mi comunica che non ho nessun modulo nel mio account e mi apre la finestra della scelta dei template.
Potete controllare? grazie mille

I cloned and tested your app, and I was able to change the form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I can also confirm that your app has 5 forms added to it. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening when you're replacing or adding a form, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Francesca,
Can you confirm which button you clicked on your app that redirects you to another page? It would be best if you could share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Hi Francesca,
If all forms in your account are added to the apps you've created, the "Change Form" button will redirect to the Jotform Form Templates page. Currently, it is not available to add the same form multiple times within a single app. If you need to use the same form multiple times within a single app, you can duplicate the form and add each copy separately. However, if you duplicate a form to add it multiple times within an app, each form will collect its submissions separately. As a result, you might need to combine the submissions later to have all data in one place.
