    vorremmo disdire il piano di abbonamento. Come fare?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, Sure, you can Cancel Your Subscription, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Note that upon the downgrading of your subscription of the end of period, your account will be downgraded back to the Free Starter Plan, which includes:

    • 5 forms
    • 100 monthly submissions
    • 100 MB of available disk space
    • 1,000 Monthly form views
    • 500 Total submissions storage
    • 100 fields per form
    • 10 monthly incoming payments
    • 10 Monthly signed documents
    • 1 user per team
    • HIPAA compliance not available
    • Jotform Branding

    Existing forms and submissions remain in your account even after your subscription is downgraded. However, after your account is downgraded, restrictions apply to the free account, such as 100 MB total upload space and 100 monthly submissions. When you receive new form submissions, and you have already reached the available limit due to the downgrade, old form submissions will be automatically deleted to make room for new ones.
