    Beste,

    Wij hebben met onze VZW een bestelformulier aangemaakt als STARTER.
    1x per jaar gebruiken wij Jotform voor onze wafelverkoop.
    Nu hebben wij al 70 inzendingen, maar het limiet is 100.
    Ik kan het upgraden naar BRONS, dit kost ons dan € 39.
    Maar na 1/12/2024 gebruiken wij Jotform niet meer tot eind volgend jaar. Dus ik wil het maar éénmalig upgraden.
    Hoe gaat het in zijn werk om na 1 maand upgraden de betaling verder te annuleren?

    Now, coming back to your question, you can upgrade to Bronze Monthly, and cancel your subscription when you no longer need it. I highly suggest canceling the subscription before your next payment schedule, which is 30 days after your payment to avoid any recurring payments. Additionally, according to our Terms of Use, users can take advantage of the 30-Day Money-Back-Guarantee period. Let me show you how to upgrade your account:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. 

    And, here's how you can cancel your subscription:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
