Hoe kan ik mijn formulier klonen met de bestaande instellingen

Graag zou ik mijn formulier willen klonen met alle functionaliteiten, denk hierbij aan een excel bestand dat achter een vraag zit. Bepaalde voorwaardes die zijn in gesteld op de vraag. Is dit mogelijk?

Now, coming back to your question, if I understand you correctly, you want to clone your form. Let me show how:

1. In My Forms click on Create Form on the upper-left side of the page.

2. In the list opens, you can select Clone your existing form or Import Form (Import Form is used as an example here) and then select From a Web Page.

3. Paste the URL of the form you want to clone in the Enter URL Box and click on Create Form at the bottom. That's it.
