Beste,

Hi Angela,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Dutch Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, I believe you're asking if there is a possibility to indicate if an event/activity is unavailable based on the number of registrants to it. If yes, this can be achieved by using the Gift Registry widget. Using the said widget, you can indicate the number of slots for a specific selection/option. Once all the available slots are used up or has been selected, other form users won't be able to select it anymore, as it will be greyed out and will have an indicator that it's unavailable. I'll walk you through setting that up:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Go to the Widgets tab, search for Gift Registry, and then drag and drop it into your form.
- In the Widget Settings window on the right, remove the preset list in the Items field and add the type of item you'd like to have, with their number of slots. Make sure to add each of them per line item.
- Check on the other widget settings and once done, click on Update at the bottom right of the window.
- Next, click on the widget's Gear icon to access its other settings.
- In the Question Properties on the right, go to the Required dropdown, and then select Yes if you need to have the field as a required section of the form.
- Go to the Advanced tab and update the Field Label as needed.
Check out the test submission below, which will also show what the widget's options slot count will look like once a selection has been made to any of them:
As you can see from the test submission made above, the slot count has been decreased for Event 1 since it was selected during the submission. Then, if it's all used up, it will show as a greyed out option, that will be unavailable to be selected. Check out the screencast below:
I also just want to add that since you reached out to us using a Guest account, I'd recommend signing up for a Jotform account through our website first before creating forms, so the email address you want to use for the account can be fully registered. This way, you also won't get issues with creating forms since Guest accounts are only for one-time, temporary use. As for your other questions, I've moved them to separate threads to avoid confusion. Your question about checking emails to prevent double registrations can be checked here. For the question about changing registrations, you can check this thread.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
