Hi Angela,
I just wanted to remind you that we don't currently have Dutch Support agents who can help you. So I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, it is possible to prevent form users from submitting multiple registrations using email through the form's Unique Field Settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Under the Form Settings page, click on Show More Options at the bottom of the page.
- Scroll down and under the Unique Field section, click on the dropdown menu, and then select Email for it. Changes are saved automatically.
Note that you can select other fields for the Unique Field settings to prevent other users from using the same entries/values for the selected field. On the original thread you sent us, I made a test submission earlier there which I also showed you, wherein I used test@example.com for the email field. Check out the screencast below for another test submission wherein I tried using the same email for the Email field:
As you can see above, the test submission didn't go through because I got an error after clicking on the Submit button, telling me that multiple submission are not allowed, because I used the same email address.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
