Our key aims include educating and training people to gain experience in coaching football and provide a pathway to employment.
Our accredited program offers a fast track course in a range of different coaching modules. Trainees will be given the tools they need to pursue a career in football coaching at the highest level.
The program consists of trainees following a list of modules put together by an expert panel of professional and academy coaches and scouts. During the course they will learn to teach elite football coaching techniques, and be educated on different areas of pathways in the football and sports industry, they can also be provided with tutoring and access to our tutors to assist a successful completion.
On completion, trainees will earn an accredited certificate. The aim is to increase the employability skills of people and provide them with the tools and experience to integrate into the world of work, in particular sports or football coaching.
Groups of individuals include school leavers aged 15 - 16 years of age, young people from 18 - 21 years of age, over 21's, men and women.
Other groups include charities, youth and community groups who work with young people who are NEET to provide more avenues for them to gain qualifications.
No minimum qualification required, only an aspiration to become a fully qualified coach.
Successful trainees can earn valuable work experience, a certificate, and life skills to go on to higher education, improve their CV to become more attractive to prospective employers.

If you misuse or break the terms of agreement, our team have the right to refuse delivery of the course.
Engagement of Services
In this coaching program trainees will learn to provide players with the following services:
1. Manage coaching sessions and games.
2. Develop players technically
3. Elite coaching methods and drills
Course Formats Available
Classroom Computer Theory - Trainees will complete an online theory course over a 1 to 2 hours self paced lead by our lead staff and tutors. Trainees will be placed in minimum groups of 10. On successful completion trainees will be provided with an accredited certificate.
Football Pitch Practical - Trainees will be placed in groups of a maximum 24 other trainees and complete modules lead by our coaches on the football pitch. Each trainee will have the opportunity to lead a part of the session. The practical will take 1 to 2 hours.
Please note all Theory and Practical Courses are run solely from our East London locations in Waltham Forest (E17), Newham (E7), and Ilford (IG2) on Weekdays and Weekends.
