Training and Development
You will be required to achieve the Care Certificate within the first 12 weeks of employment. Once you have completed your probationary period of 12 weeks, you will automatically be enrolled onto an apprenticeship in Health and Social Care (Adults) if appropriate.

Premier Care follow GDPR legislation. You will need to give us written permission to send for your references detailing the contacts name and place of work. You will also need to inform the referees that you have given permission for Premier Care to receive information about you. If you have worked for a care company within the last 10 years, we will require a reference from the care company. If the company no longer exists, please discuss with your interviewer. We will also need a list of other care companies you have worked for over the past 10 years.

It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence for this role. You will also need access to a suitable vehicle which is insured to cover you for business use. You will need to produce your Business Insurance Certificate and evidence of your vehicles MOT result. If you require more information about business insurance please discuss with your interviewer.
