NÃO APARECE NO PDF A RESPOSTA DO BOX

Boa Tarde,

Em todos os meus pdfs não o box vem com resposta vazio, só a linha não atende que fica visível no box quando é marcada, gostaria de saber como posso corrigir esse problema, poderia me ajudar por favor.

Now, coming back to your question, I've cloned and tested your form and I could replicate the issue, even if all the rows are required and filled, some answers are missing in Tables and the submission PDF.

Instead, in the notification email, all the answers are reported correctly.

Also, in Inbox all the answers are correctly shown.

Since I could replicate the issue, I've created a ticket and escalated it to our Developer's team. We'll update you on this thread as soon as we hear back from them.

Thanks for patiently waiting. After further investigation, I've come up with a solution that might fix the issue you're having. While checking through the Input Table Properties in your Form, I saw that you've entered spaces at the end of the column names. Removing these spaces should help you to overcome the issue. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, hover your mouse over Input Table Element and click on Gear icon.
2. In the menu that comes up on the right side of the screen, select Fields tab.
3. Then, under Columns, scroll down, click on Column Names and remove the space at the end.
