Integração com o Planilhas Google: os envios não são sincronizados

Um de nossos formulários (https://www.jotform.com/build/241075075342047/ ) tem uma integração com o GoogleSheets que até ontem estava funcionando perfeitamente (e essa integração é vital para o registro de vendas de nosso setor comercial). Entretanto, os envios para o Sheets após o último de ontem não estavam aparecendo na planilha integrada (https://www.jotform.com/build/241075075342047/settings/integrations ). Sendo assim, refiz a integração e os envios de ontem até o momento foram, porém os novos envios continuam não caindo lá. Pedimos que verifiquem essa situação com prioridade máxima, por gentileza.

Now, coming back to your question, when I cloned and tested your form, the test submission synced to my integrated Google Sheets. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

On the other hand, I checked the action logs from the integrated Google Sheets on your form and saw that the submissions for today show a success status.

Can you confirm if there are other submissions that are not part of that successful sync of data? If yes, since you're done with the re-integration, can you clone your form, integrate it with Google Sheets, and see if you can replicate the issue? Let me show you how to clone an existing form:

1. On your My Forms page, select the form.

2. Click More on the right side of the selected form.

3. Select Clone from the options and you're done.

Once the form is cloned from your account, you can go ahead and integrate it into your Google Sheets account. Check out our guide explaining How to Integrate Forms With Google Sheets.
