Jotform AI Agent Isn't Responding via WhatsApp Business?

    I would like to take advantage and understand why the Beta feature of AI agents is not working on the bussines WhatsApp number registered on my business Facebook account. I did as the Jotform tutorials teach, but when starting a WhatsApp chat, the responses do not return. The return only happens within the Jotform chat. Could you tell me

    Hi Djorel,

    I believed you already followed my colleague's instructions on this related thread you created before. Can you verify if your WhatsApp Business account is properly connected to your Facebook profile? Can you also share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
