    Gostaria de fazer o estorno do plano que acabei de assinar, não verifiquei que a cobrança seria em Dolar.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. I checked your account and confirmed that your recent payment is eligible for our 30 Day Money Back Policy Policy. You can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you'll need to do it from the desktop version of Jotform since this option isn't available on the mobile app yet. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Afterward, you can fill out the refund form, and you'll receive an email once your refund request has been reviewed. You can check out our guide on How to Request a Refund From Jotform for more information.
