Now, coming back to your question, I was able to check your subscription and can see that your Bronze Plan yearly is now scheduled to be downgraded to the Starter (Free) Plan, meaning the cancellation has been started. It will be scheduled to be fully cancelled by February 25, 2025. Until then, you can still use the features and benefits that come with the plan. After that, you won't be billed anymore for it, until such time you decide to upgrade your account again.
If you'd like to request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.
